Years of Business Experience Led to Royal Stitch & Print

Before Royal Stitch & Print, Mark spent years working in real estate, insurance, and several businesses of his own. Each experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what it means to put your company’s name and reputation in front of customers.

Royal Stitch & Print started in 2022 after Mark and his family decided to try embroidery as a new business venture. They purchased their first embroidery machine, learned the process, and quickly saw an opportunity to offer customers much more than a single decoration service.

The family continued adding equipment, services, and production capabilities as the business grew. Today, Royal Stitch & Print works with businesses, teams, schools, organizations, and other customers looking for apparel and merchandise that represents their brand well.

More Than Custom Apparel

Royal started with embroidery, but customers often need several types of branded products for the same business, event, or organization. The shop expanded so customers could handle more of those needs in one place.

Embroidery and Custom Apparel Printing

Royal Stitch & Print provides embroidery for polos, hats, jackets, bags, workwear, and other apparel where a clean, dimensional logo makes sense.

For printed apparel, customers can also choose from screen printing, direct-to-film printing, sublimation printing, and heat transfer vinyl.

Each method works differently, so Royal helps customers choose based on the garment, artwork, quantity, and finished look they want rather than treating every order the same.

Promotional Products, Signs, and Event Materials

Apparel is only one part of how a business presents its brand.

Royal Stitch & Print also provides promotional products such as drinkware, pens, gifts, and branded giveaways for customers, employees, events, and promotions.

Businesses preparing for trade shows, community events, or outdoor promotions can also order custom tents and canopies, banners and yard signs, and other display materials.

Teams and organizations that need an easier way to manage group orders can also use a custom online store.

The idea Mark discussed on the podcast is simple: when a customer needs something carrying their name, Royal wants to help them find the right way to produce it.

Why Personal Service Still Matters

Mark also talked about one of the biggest differences between working with Royal Stitch & Print and ordering from a large online printing company.

You can upload a logo to a website and place an order almost anywhere. The harder part is knowing which shirt to choose, whether the artwork will reproduce well, which decoration method makes sense, or what promotional product is worth putting your company’s name on.

That is where Royal takes a more personal approach.

Mark stays closely involved with customers, answers questions directly, and helps work through the details before an order goes into production. Customers do not need to understand every garment, imprint method, or production term before reaching out. They can start with a logo, an idea, or a business need and get help narrowing the options.

Staying Involved in the Local Business Community

The conversation also covered Mark’s involvement in the local community, including his work with the Rotary Club and local Chambers of Commerce.

For Mark, those relationships are an important part of doing business. They create opportunities to meet other business owners, support local organizations, and stay connected with the communities Royal Stitch & Print serves.

That local involvement also reflects the way Royal approaches its customers. The business is centered on long-term relationships rather than treating every order as a one-time transaction.

A Family Business With a Business Owner’s Perspective

Family remains a major part of Royal Stitch & Print.

Mark discussed working alongside members of his family and how the business has given them something they can grow together. That personal involvement is still visible in the way customers work with Royal today.

At the same time, Mark’s years as a business owner give him another perspective: he knows that every shirt, promotional item, sign, or gift carrying your logo says something about the company behind it.

Royal Stitch & Print helps customers make sure that message is the right one.
